Grandparent's Day - Thursday 1 April

Today we were so lucky to be visited by some of our Grandparents.  We were able to "share" our Grandparents around the class so that everyone was able to take part in interviewing a Grandparent.  We have collected lots of data around what our Grandparents did when they were our age and we look forward to analysing this data during Pāngarau (Mathematics).

Levi and Ruth's Writing

The whole school visited Hukanui Marae on Monday 15 March.  It was such a great opportunity for the students to learn about being on a Marae.  It also inspired some great writing.  Here are Levi and Ruth's pieces of writing.  We call these a Moment in Time.

  • looks after you
  • you trust
  • cares about you
  • you admire
  • you count on
