After we all created a harakeke putiputi for our Mums on Mothers Day, Whaea Arna taught us how to weave using coloured paper. It was decided that paper was much easier to weave than harakeke (flax).
Room 10 is a Year 5 and 6 class who are part of the Kauri Team, at Hamilton East School in New Zealand. Our kaiako is Alexander. This is where we will be sharing our learning journey.
